Before Wearing Your Contact Lenses
Before inserting your lenses:
- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
- Never handle lenses with dirty or wet hands.
- Inspect the lenses before use. Never wear damaged or torn lenses.
- Ensure you understand the recommended wearing schedule supplied with your lenses.
While Wearing Contact Lenses
To protect your eyes:
- Never share your contact lenses with another person.
- Do not sleep whilst wearing contact lenses unless specifically instructed by an eye care professional.
- Avoid exposing lenses to water, including swimming pools, hot tubs and showers.
- Remove your lenses immediately if you experience pain, redness, blurred vision or excessive watering.
Cleaning & Storage
Reusable contact lenses should always be cared for correctly.
- Use only approved contact lens solution.
- Never use tap water to clean or store lenses.
- Replace your lens case regularly.
- Follow the replacement schedule provided with your lenses.
If You Experience Any Problems
Stop wearing your contact lenses immediately if you experience:
- Eye pain
- Redness
- Irritation
- Blurred vision
- Excessive tearing
- Light sensitivity
If symptoms continue after removing your lenses, seek advice from a qualified optician or other appropriate eye care professional as soon as possible.
